29 unit fixed family development by Manara Developments

Interior design works included all hard finishes selection, sanitary, ironmongery, kitchen, ceiling and lighting design and procurement for all 29 villas.

We also completed a Show villa including the complete ID scope, FF&E selection and procurement, site supervision and installation throughout the entire works.

The work was carried out in 3 phases, which included several different design schemes, we then moved to detailed design which allowed us to go into every aspect of the fit out and ensure all elements design seamlessly fit together, the final stage was procurement in which budgeting and supplier knowledge in both the local and international market came together to achieve the proposed interiors in an 8 week turn around. Staging of the mock-up villa down to the last accessory meant that all 29 units were successfully sold before completion of construction of the development.
