Interior Design and supervision of a 14 Villa compound for a new concept living standard in the Kingdom. The client approached us for both Architecture at concept stage and full ID services for what they hope to be a new standard of communal living. The compact yet well thought out villas are finished to a high standard with an emphasis on a state of the art gym, clubhouse and recreational pool area for tenants. The project was realised over 18 months alongside architectural leaders MSCEB consultant.
